PROPOSAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1) In the event that Alexander Angeles executes services and/or produces products for the Client, these terms shall govern the relationship of the parties.

2) All work produced remains the property of Alexander Angeles until payment is received in full.

3) Prevailing wage exempt unless specified. Estimate at existing insurance levels – additional insurance will be added to estimated price. Bonding additional to estimated price.

4) Any permits are the responsibility of the Client. If Alexander Angeles agrees to obtain permits the client will be billed for the cost of the permit and $50 per hour for time spent obtaining it.

5) Orders approved under these terms are non-cancellable. Alexander Angeles shall be protected from loss based upon payment from Client of expenses incurred. All sales are final.

6) No responsibility is assumed for delays occasioned by failure of others to meet commitments, or for any other reason or cause, beyond the control of Alexander Angeles. Alexander Angeles is not responsible for delays when we have not received signed proposal, proof drawing documentation, or deposit..

7) Additions, deletions, modifications, and/or revisions directed by the Client shall be performed at prevailing rates. The Client agrees that any and all additional work performed by Alexander Angeles and his team will be at the Client’s expense.

8) Fifty percent of proposal due on acceptance. Balance due on completion of any orders. All accounts are due net 30 However, in the event that Alexander Angeles extends credit to the Client, the person signing for or requesting a purchase order for or verbally or in writing agreeing to this proposed order is personally responsible for all credit extended on his/her orders. A late charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum), or the maximum rate allowed by law, will be charged to all accounts overdue.

9) In the event that a dispute arises over the terms of these agreements the prevailing party in any legal action commenced under this agreement shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees.

10) Any changes or alterations to these terms must be confirmed to in writing by Alexander Angeles

11) This proposal may be withdrawn by Alexander Angeles if not accepted in 30 days unless otherwise specified.
